A pilot program that starts with a free pre-scan
You do not have to decide before seeing the platform on your own product. It starts with a technical call; you do not upload files to our website.
Four steps
- Free
Technical call
We talk about your product architecture, how your devices connect and your sales plans in the EU. Together we choose a suitable firmware for the pre-scan.
- Free · 3 business days
CRA pre-scan
We analyse a firmware you choose. Within 3 business days you receive a two-page summary: components, priority vulnerabilities, your product's likely CRA class and the three biggest gaps.
- 60–90 days
Paid pilot
A pilot with scope and success criteria agreed in writing up front. You use the platform with your own processes on a product family you choose. The pilot fee is credited towards the subscription.
- Ongoing
Subscription
If the pilot meets its success criteria, you move to a subscription; the records prepared during the pilot stay in use.
What the pre-scan gives you
- 01A summary of the components in the firmware (SBOM)
- 02Vulnerabilities prioritised with CISA KEV and EPSS
- 03Your product's likely CRA class and conformity assessment route
- 04The three biggest gaps and recommended first steps
How we receive your firmware
No files are uploaded on our website. We receive the firmware after the technical call, through a secure channel we agree with you.
Frequently asked questions
Is the pre-scan really free?
Yes. The pre-scan is free and there is no obligation to continue with a pilot.
Which firmware can you scan?
We analyse embedded Linux and microcontroller firmware images. We check together in the technical call whether your image is suitable.
How long does the pilot take and how is the fee set?
The pilot takes 60 to 90 days. The fee depends on the scope, is agreed in the call and is credited towards the subscription if you continue.
How do we decide whether the pilot was successful?
Success criteria are agreed in writing before the pilot starts. At the end we review them together.
