Why we do this
There are plenty of security tools for cloud and enterprise IT. For a device that runs in the field for years with a few hundred kilobytes of memory, there are few. Knowing what is in its software, seeing which series a new flaw affects and shipping a patch safely is still manual work for most teams.
With the CRA, this has become a legal obligation for most manufacturers selling connected products into the EU. We bring that process together in one workflow designed around the realities of embedded systems.
The turtle in our logo
A turtle's shell is part of its skeleton. It grows with the animal, and each plate adds new layers over the years. That is how we see product security: a structure that grows with the product, from the first prototype to the last device in the field. The circuit pattern in the logo shows what that shell protects.
