02Personal data processed
We process the following data you send us through the contact and careers forms:
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact: work email address
- Professional: company, title, area of expertise, CV link
- Request content: what you write in your message
- Transaction security: IP address and timestamps in server logs; a one-way value derived from the IP address to prevent misuse of the forms
- Site usage (cookieless measurement): pages viewed, page load times, the referring site's domain, browser, browser language and device type, country, region and city; not linked to your identity, and the IP address is not written to this measurement

- Evaluating and answering requests for technical calls, product demos and pilots
- Evaluating job applications and managing the talent pool
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse
- Measuring how the website is used and how it performs, in order to improve it
- Meeting legal obligations
04Legal bases and collection method
Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website. It is processed on the following legal bases in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: directly related to concluding or performing a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), establishing, exercising or defending a right (e), and the legitimate interest of the data controller provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). Your explicit consent is obtained for keeping your details in the talent pool.
05Transfers
Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may only be transferred to authorised public bodies when legally required, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in a data centre in Germany; form messages are delivered by the same infrastructure's email service, and the cookieless visitor measurement is processed there too. As this provider's servers are located abroad, transfers are made under the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.
06Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after the request is closed; talent pool applications for up to 1 year. After that the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
The one-way value derived from the IP address to prevent misuse of the forms is deleted automatically after at most 2 days.
Data from the cookieless visitor measurement is deleted after 30 days.
07Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
- Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties it was transferred to
- Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
08How to apply
Send your request in writing to contact@tegmensoft.com.tr. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
